100% one of the best shows ever.

So far in 2023, I can't see anyone doing anything like this. Creating new fashion, new techniques, new styles, this show has had new designers for 24 years, but it doesn't make me feel this way. It creates wonders in and out of. Backstage to the runway Everyone is waiting to see what new things will happen. The amazing thing happens again and again.

Isabella Blow enthusiastically clapping gives me everything I need. The models' great walks, their theatrical posing, the long runway with the multiple stops along the way...I love it all!

It's amazing how they started the show with this kind of limitless futurism that would soon turn into a mixture of the 19th century and spy kids. And damn, those models were skinny, but by far the the coolest I've ever seen!

Wow, this show is something else. Its designs spell 90's but best of 90's and has an energy that makes me wish I was there to see it. The models, the fashion is great. Much appreciated.

Is it Dior? Is it late 90s? Is it any good? Is it John? Taken in context it is all those things. The collection is supposed to move a house forward, delight clients and sell lots of products. This collection seamlessly and fluidly introduced a progression of design elements, materials, colour and styling with historical references that never veered the presentation from it's underlying concept. Important shows always have excitement in the air and this one did.

Galliano's models are always good in walking, having a signature of their own. No doubt he was so obsessed with Karlie Kloss who was Galliano's last muse for Dior. He basically invented Karlie Kloss and that walk and of course her career today. Galliano-Kloss, the last greatest tandem of a designer and a model.

I'm as anti-fur as they come but this show? Fucking iconic. Galliano knew how to put on a SHOW! An incredible designer, cast, and so much variety in the collection! 1998-2010 was the golden era of fashion❤️

John’s shows were the best. A true production & spectacle with amazing fashion.

at the time it was revolutionary. producing and showing this kind of clothing in such a place such a Versailles completely appalled everyone, but made people reconsider what Couture is. Dior himself appalled people by producing clothing which used yards and yards of fabric when people didn't even have homes or food (the end of WW2). I think he'd have applauded Galliano for shaking up the Dior label instead of creating the same thing again and again.

Oh my god...at last I've seen this show...the point is that the collection could be divided in two different ones, because the gispsy style is completely different to the fluor parashooters and the first part of gothic warriors...nevertheless the mixture is very Galliano. Some outfits are completely outstanding. So powerful and contemporary...15 years later....thanx for sharing!!
