Synopsis: At the close of the 19th century, the British branded the Hmar people of northeast India as "the worst headhunters." It was a label well deserved at the time. But in 1910, a single copy of the New Testament Gospel of John came into this village and changed the course of history for the Hmar people. Through that single copy of John's Gospel , Chawnga, the father of Rochunga Pudaite, was introduced to a revolutionary "new life in Christ." He and a few tribesmen "forsook all and followed Christ." Chawnga believed that Rochunga was God's chosen instrument to bring the Scriptures to the entire Hmar tribe in their own language.
This is the story of Rochunga's personal pilgrimage. It is an unforgettable saga of his dedication to a vision and of the Lord's direction in his life. Filmed in India, Hawaii, Scotland and America, this beautiful film will be enjoyed by the entire family.

This true story is one of my favorite movies EVER. It demonstrates very clearly how Father will show Himself strong to those who (truly) believe His Word and trust Him to fulfill His promises. Beautiful, beautiful biography of God, in the life of a simple man who knew and trusted Him.

Excellent Christian movie....excellent Follower of Christ Jesus movie! How encouraging. May we pray for and give to ministries, in their various parts of missions, in perhaps translating languages, producing audio and paper Bibles, distributing them, sharing and teaching and living the gospel of Jesus Christ, discipling new and even mature believers....God has a path for each of us within the narrow path. What an inspiring movie. Praise God! And may we, each and every one of us, be praying for and loving one another; our brothers and sisters in Christ, and the unsaved as well, and just as equally.

Awesome! So blessed to have met this man of God (Rochunga Pudaite), in 1987 in my country Philippines. He was among the guests during the Accelerated Christian Educators' Convention (ACE)-School of Tomorrow at the PICC (Phil. International Convention Center-Manila). . Thank God for what He has done to this man...salute to all missionaries around the world!!

Wow!! Praise the LORD!!! This was such a beautiful film. I cried when the bible was completed. And I cried when they met each other and he stated they would gladly carry the Old young man. And when he sang, and when he married. I also cried in the very beginning when the Father got caned for Jesus. once again thank you for sharing this was indeed worth watching. We take for granted the easy access to obtain a bible in English. But praise God for fellow believers who gave their life work to make it into their native tongue and then so many other nations. Wow! WOW! WOW! AMEN & AMEN

May God bless these missionaries, go to an unknown countries and changed the course if these peoples life and history. This movie is awesome and brought tears to my eyes, because some missionaries brought the Good News to my coubtry and created a written language for my people. To God be the glory...Amen.

a tear-jerker from start to finish at this testimony to bring glory to our Creator God's name....99.9 % of us do NOT have the thought of, the personal experience or knowledge of the different facets that the Lord uses and calls to those special born-again individuals to accomplish through hardships and first of all for their love of Jesus Christ... what we have been given by Him and what we have without cost to us, have taken for granted.

The good news is that Jesus is Lord God Almighty clothed in unsinful humanity and He is the author of *eternal life* to all who trust Him alone for salvation. He paid for all the sins of all the world at the cross (past, present, and future). That payment is put to your account when you have believed on Christ alone for salvation. *This means that saving repentance is realizing that you are a sinner deserving of God's just punishment in Hell and turn (repent) from whatever you trusted in before, if indeed you trusted in anything; to trusting in the person and finished work of Christ alone for salvation.*

What exactly do you want to say. I don't understand. But you can be sure, that evil realy exists. I lived in this area in India and know, that some people, tribs ans hindus are worshiping evil. Very dangerous. This people are a kind of possesed and like to distroy others. That is why, you must remain always very strong in JESUS and in the living FAHTER in heaven. And of course in the HOLY SPIRIT. And then only act according to there will.
