Hi5, I m also hindu boy but I did my schooling in christian school till 12th. First of all I don't see religion, even though I m hindu, I liked one thing abt christian school is morning assembly. I took my prayer book, sang a song. Song goes like "Sing Hosanna, sing Hosanna". So many years passed still I remember those days n songs☺️✌️

The thing is you don't know that they are trying to convert you. Conversion Methodology is being like that. 12 Years i have faced in Christian school. My city is Tuticorin.. Here no indirect method , they will try directly and few (not all teachers) teachers directly tease us when you had vipoothi , kumkum etc symbol of hindu. Directly they told our god is satan.. You might not faced such a situation

Am a hindu , i studied in a Christian missionary convent too . Those wer the best days of my childhood. My teachers wer so friendly they are the ones cos of which we are so successful gud natured n they hv taught us to b a a gud human end of the day. No religion conversions i hv seen all the religions wer respected . I am proud tht am a student of it ❤ .

I learnt punctuality from a driver who told that punctuality is the first thing in life. What do these useless Schools do. If a student comes few mins late they will abuse, If a chief guest comes 3 hours late from scheduled time they will fold their hands and wait. If you remove this one thing called hierarchy and see them as practitioners you will find far better sources of learning.

I studied in Catholic school, they tried to hypnotize people. They brought some fraudsters who placed their hands on our foreheads and put us on the floor. Lot of people who had strong belief they were struggling for around half an hour.

It's about prayer song, cultural events and other stuffs. They promote Christianity 😅 where you don't have any choice except listen to it. My college was Christian Minority, where they will do it more like this. They didn't allow Bharatanatyam, folk dance, and other traditional things. After RC became Dean, they became inclusive and stared to accept all religion program.

@@balavenkatesh6388 I studied my 8th - 10th std in Hindhu school they used to make us to pray the ganapathy manthram and saraswathi manthram in Assemblies they even forced us to memorise it even there will be exam on first period. There will be moral Class. They used to conduct Sai baba convention on saturdays in school Auditorium. I studied my other classes in different Christian Schools , they used to do Morning Prayer ,they used force the students to memorise songs and prayers. They also have moral class. Despite of various rituals in both the school ,I never seen anyone forced to convert them to their Religion. INDIA is a secular Country and everyone has the right to preach their own Religion. Thats what the both school do. So,Respect Every Religion❤💯 U CAN'T ACCUSE ANY RELIGION ,EVERY RELIGION DOES THE SAME

Beacause of christian schools only today we have good hospitals and values and eductaion. Go see the history because. Thye were the ones who came and gave free service to our people. Every one has rights to practise their religion n beliefs. That's nice you see we are Indians but you may not hide the truth that Christian missionaries did free service to propagate their religion and spread Christianity. That s not true brother. If the missionaries would not have come. We would not have education here. Women would still be treated as slaves and in the kitchen and children as untouchable and salves. Only certain caste can go n learn education. Please go see Kolkata mother Teresa s mission. She came out of the church and ger office to help the dying/homeless people on the streets. And today there are more than 2000 people dieing in the roads are taking shelter there. Why would such a person leave their comfort of office and church to go to the slums to serve the poor and orphans. They only say God Bless you . And pray for them just like any another elderly people say God bless you. Christianity is all about love and servingg. If you say spreading love and taking take care of teh sick and poor is to spread religion tat s not true.

An age old myth that Christians came to India ,they provided education, medical ,etc😂🤦. Allopathy is nothing but a plagiarism of Ayurveda, Siddha. The education system today we pursue is nothing but Macaulay education system which is nothing asks you to obey your senior officials and don't think anything on your own. The Britishers were the one who created artificial famine by exporting all the food resources to UK making many of our ancestors to die of starvation. Lord Macaulay wrote a detailed report after surveying and traveling all over India he clearly stated that almost 97% of the people living in the land are with good knowledge. actually it's somewhat true they don't try to convert you obviously but it happens gradually...my niece she studied in Christian school and whenever she sneezes or uk something sudden happens she says 'yessappa' and they don't allow her to keep bindi , flowers, wear earrings and stuffs now we changed her school ...but on the other hand I myself studied in Christian school, our chairman asks us to follow our religion he says like if u r hindu wear thiruneer kumkum on your forehead like that .....the one thing I noticed is Christian school has prayers in english even my school too so it's not about school it's just the people there

Many hindu schools also forced Muslim students to avoid Muslim dress code, hindu schools mostly try to keep special classes on christian n Muslims festivals days, they even force to say those hindu prayers n make students to fall on the foot of hindu priests, but seriously most of the Hindu schools don't teach good discipline or morals, they teach you the radical hatred on other religion ppls, that's so true

This may be for fun, but in reality, Christian missionaries are the one who brought in the social change in old India, including education, medicine, violence against women, etc etc, their intention was not to convert but show love of God and to take the truth and show the path to salvation to the world. I did my whole school in Christian institution, they never allowed me wearing holy ash, vermilion,, they would propaganda about christ in moral science class, and being hindu my fee was higher than Christian students,but received good education and discipline.we would also celebrate Pongal at cost of hindu students.i loved the school though.

I'm a Christian, who studied in normal ( Hindu) school, where other religion students were asked to say slogans and mantras. Plus all our Hall ticket was kept in Pooja and distributed in the school Pooja room. They made all of us bow down infornt of the pooja room n get the hall ticket from our trustee. Otherwise we had good fun as friends

Hope you got me wrong, while he was trying to crack a joke about converting which is not true in reality, you can read the comments as well. He had options like moral class instead of Christian value based class which itself talk about respecting your religious values n not trying to convert, but we dint had any such options like say your own prayer. Lot of my Muslim n Christian friends were forced to do that. If you are asking them to read Bible its okay but if you are forcing them i disagree to that. Nothing will be fruitful if it's compelled. Even for joke I strongly disagree untrue and unrealistic statements.

My mother and I studied in 2 different Christian schools. My mum is a devout Hindu - she always was and always will be. I am an atheist and yet follow Hindu tradition for family ceremonies. Neither of us were proselytised by Christians nor did we ever consider becoming Christians even when we were poor and almost became homeless. 🤷🏻‍♂ While it is true that Christian evangelists exist, they won't disturb you if you say you're not interested in their religion. கிருத்தவ பள்ளிகளிற் படித்ததாலோ என்னவோ என்னால் பிற இறை நம்பிக்கையுடையவர்களை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ள முடிகிறது.

I too studied from 3rd to 12 in Christian convent. Morning whole school Assemble for prayer.. even in morning sun we will stand and sing prayer song.. many students will fell down in giddiness. And every morning.. afternoon and evening class prayer.. Good golden memories I love my Jacob and Christ King school which I had my school education.

I also studied in a Christian school from my kinder garten till 12th std. Yes there were bible readings, Christian prayers, skits by Christian NGOs however neither the school teachers/ management nor us (students) would talk about conversion. I feel, our parents by their own will, made us a part of the school knowing that we would have to follow their culture at school. Personally, i love Christianity because i got to know about the religion and about struggles of Jesus (pbuh). Regarding the jokes played on schools, we must take it in a light hearted spirit. I enjoyed it ❤

That is the subtle route of conversion. Its unfortunate that hindu schools were prevented from having good standards in education in the early days, there is too much catching up to do and we cant compete against the amount christian NGO channel into these schools.

I studied in a Hindu school and my PT teacher was a Christian she tried to convert me with some fancy stories. The problem is not with the religion it is with the people who follow it and take it as their personal agenda to spread.Any it is always a fun to deal with such people.

I studied in Christian school were Diwali, Saraswati pooja, Pongal were celebrated more grander than Christmas. And while starting each function they start with lightning kuthu vilaku with background music as ohmm. Every day in assembly there will be a holly book reading that has verses from bible, bagavat geetha and kuran.

I also studied in a Christian school by primary level itself I dono what they did I started to adapt Christianity for example dropping letter to Mary in a chapel and all 😂 I believe in all religion but yet in some institutions they are making us to believe in tat religion if you mature you can handle tat smoothly..for example in our school made to write bible exam instead of moral science all the Christian student got 98 or 100 I barely passed tat subject in the annual exam it’s their problem not mine..I knew what was going on around me but yet I loved my school

1.Christian convent schools are the best. They never talk about caste system inside the school campus whereas in normal schools even teachers ask students " thambi nee enna aalu?". 😂 Nangalam 1st std la irunthu kuda padichavan enna caste ney teriyama palaguvom daa 😂🤟💪 2. Inside the campus you are all equal whereas in normal schools..chairman son and correspondent daughters are given special attention. I studied in csi school. They tried a lot to convert to Christian. I faced many problems for not following them. My daughter studying in amirta vidyalayam. They teach her slogas but no Christians or muslim not telling slogas because that is sin for them
