Well just like you are not supposed to pray to Jesus, you weren't supposed to idolise Muhammad. Which is why there was supposed to be no images of him. We should all focus our attention and worship to the creator. Jesus always prayed to God before performing miracles and taught all of his followers to pray to God.

@@IramCoercere pray to God im Jesus name is not the same as praying to Jesus is it? Show us where in scripture that Jesus taught his followers to pray to Jesus instead of God. It's not there. Jesus was sent by God to do the will of God and taught his followers to pray to God. Jesus before doing miracles prayed to God. Jesus admitted that he did not know when judgement day is that only God knows when. God as in Jehovah, Hashem, Allah, the same God is in charge. So pray to God and not to Jesus himself.

@@alasdalkasr1485 أخي الكريم، كلمة "الله" هي كلمة ، استخدمها المسيحيون قبل الإسلام للدلالة على مكانة يهوه وهو اسمه الوحيد الأوحد كما قلت. فكلمة "الله" مثل كلمة ثيوس في اليوناني، ليست اسمه، انما مكانته (موازية لكلمة أيل، أو ألوهيم في العهد القديم). يعني مثلا كلمة ملك، هي لست اسم الملك، هي مكانته أما المسلمون، فيستخدمونها كإسم علم، وهنا يدخل شق الوثنية التي تتكلم عنها. ففي هذه أنت محق. لكن استخدامنها لها هي للدلالة عن مكانة الخالق.
