Yes, but nobody wants to hear that song. And sitting on a cheesy "diamond" chair is corny as hell. Christina should be where Beyonce, Taylor, and Adele are...not in some Vegas lounge regurgitating the same playlist she's had for 20 years. Her fans are in denial and full of excuses. Even Pink has stayed relevant and fresh. Christina is musically irrelevant and it's a shame.

She sounds so much better when she is confident, she lost a lot of weight so i think it gives her a lot of boost and in turn she doesn’t feel the need to overdo the singing to compensate.. i hope she can maintain her vocals through the whole residency. Love her always

Wow. This is amazing. This is the best she's sounded in a long time. And I love the fact that she really put a lot of time and effort in creating this whole residency. You can tell by costumes, the setlist, the remixes, everything is so fresh. And her vocals! She hasn't really sang like this since B2B era.

To top the charts now you need to do press, social media, hit all the youtube and late night shows. She's not bothered to do all that, she rather spends time with her kids. She also just did a commercial for millions. She has nothing left to prove, she's an icon and legend.

@@wesleyimschoot7597 That is an epic excuse. Only a fool would believe that Christina Aguilera, with her ego, wouldn't kill to be in Beyonce's or Taylor's shoes right now. The only reason her fans pretend to be content with where she is right now in her career, which is pretty much musically and commercially irrelevant, is because they have no choice. She can't sell out major venues (hasn't been able to in decades) and has to regurgitate her dated hits in a cheap Vegas lounge act to pay bills. She needs to hand her career over to someone else because she has taken it straight to the toilet.

I just live for her clean and controlled vocals. This is where she need to go forward with. With constant work with her vocal coach and she will be back on top with ease. She just need to leave the shouts, grasp, grunting and unstable notes behind now. Time to get serious. Very proud of her here.

She’s so confusing lol. She goes from sounding vocally exhausted to doing some of the best belts in her career. This is the most confident we’ve seen her in awhile though. You can tell she’s excited about the setlist change and probably feeling herself after her weight loss. It also sounds like she’s going for a more Broadway sound, which is actually making her belts much more open and stable. It’s making her pitch & vibrato better as well. Hopefully she keeps with this change!

@@goliaboi It actually does. It proves to be a wonder drug in many ways. The loss of fat off her internal organs and neck - help her to sing better. She's been working out too - motivated. Lots of heavy women sing beautifully. But Xtina's weight was never healthy and she had problems with food AND booze. Ozempic is helping people with all kinds of addictions, from cigarettes, food AND alcohol. She has her vitality back physically so she is not so forced in her singing or static in her movements. That said, the constant sexpot and corsets and hooker boots and OLD popstar presentation is not doing it for me. It is dated. She's a very good singer but comes across more like Ann-Margret or Shania Twain. Christina can't help herself and it seems this is what her fans want. I don't believe that Aguilera has delivered a vulnerable performance in over 20 years. She can fake it with her voice on a few ballads - but she's just kind of a harsh chick. I love the Bionic album and I believe she has done some excellent work in her career. But what she chooses to highlight is I"M STILL HOT!! She looks great and sounds really good. Ozempic IS a major reason why she was able to recapture some glory. She's not faking her confidence. BUT she's giving delusional Madonna vibes way too early in her career.

She seems more relaxed and confident here. Thats why she sounds so good. Sometimes she seems to be all over the place trying to be too provocative and looking a mess. It affects her performance in a bad way. Sometimes I wonder whats going on with her because the girl CAN still blow. But here you can see and hear the difference when she calms down and is just confident in herself. Relying on her vocals and not trying to be controversial. And she looks amazing, too. Good for her. Shes proving shes still one of the BEST vocalists ever.

Usually singers get better when they gain weight (think Adele, Kelly Clarkson, Aretha Franklin) because it helps them develop a deeper tone. But for Christina she seems to sound better when she’s skinnier. Probably tied back to the whole “small girl big voice”

I can see she is super confident here. I watched her live during the pride this year in Brooklyn and also another show two years a go in Brooklyn too. I can see the difference level of confidence she had now, she is way look more confident and happier, and her voice here much much better. Plus, the setlist...OMG.. i wish i can watch her again someday with this kind of setlist. One more thing. That HAIR !!!!!!!! OMG !!!!

I don't think it has anything to do with protecting her voice. It's just the theme of the show. It's supposed to be "classy burlesque" so she's just keeping the vocals mostly clean. I bet you anything that she'll be back to singing her normal way in any non-Voltaire show she does

The best present for the New Year celebration indeed!🎉 I see a lot of practice has been done. Each and every sound is well rehearsed, which hard for Christina cause she loves to be in the moment and improvise, but the more she rehearsed the more stunning the notes and the overall sound comes out. I see how she is being very intentional with every note and I understand how cognitively hard it must be for anyone really (you have to remember not only how to sing a particular part of a song, but do it in a healthy, controlled way as well) and I just applause for Christina's professionalism. Love it. I thought that I will never hear her sing like that again...🥲❤❤❤
