Christina was born in Costa Rica. One evening, while her father was away for business, Christina awoke to piercing screams. Her Mom was holding Christina’s baby sister who was not breathing and eventually passed.
“When my sister died, so did my whole family.”
Life was never the same after this. Unable to process what had happened, Christina’s family became withdrawn and aloof. Christina turned to food, control, relationships and many other such vices. This continued until she hit rock bottom in her twenties.
