That was the best Addams Family overall. They did a great job casting and directing etc the whole thing worked great. Raul Julia especially....no one can come close to him as Gomez.

She looks very uncomfortable... her first interview on this show right before they started shooting for the adams family, she went on the show and she was 9 and she was more smiley and more energetic... but Regis was creeping her out so much .... and now she seems like she does not want to be there , maybe she realized how creep Regis was . And there is ALOT of phedophelia in Hollywood especially back then

I hate when adults don't know how to talk to kids. This is how the interview should have been: Was it fun dressing up like Wednesday? Did you get to meet Thing? How cool was that mansion they built? Did it scare you a little? I'd be scared. You're a great actress, what else have you been in? We look forward to seeing you in more movies.

Everyone seems to have a thing for famous people including other famous people themselves like Regis and Kathie. Now that I think about it I do too. I would think they would be in too much competition for fame to admire another one of their type. Anyway I guess it is understandable that she did not know how they did the scenes involving Thing because almost every scene had either her, Thing, or neither in it.

Regis and Kathie Lee being the ultimate judge of someone’s intelligence or idiocracy seems a bit out of their league. Just saying - they were a great duo performing in a comatose state of basic Hollywood star subservience-it’s basic simpleminded remedial stuff.
