If you book your cruise at the last minute or forget to book dinner in advance, you should know that 30% of dinner reservations are held till after boarding....so in the same way you can book shows or fitness classes as soon as you can log on to VV wifi, you can book dinner and brunch. In addition, you can go to Razzle Dazzle after boarding where they will help you with dinner reservations. You DO NOT have to go standby if you somehow miss the 45 day spot. Only the fitness classes have a "no show" fee if you fail to show up or cancel at least 24 hours in advance. DO check your account. I got a message about being a "no show" for a class that I had attended. Turns out it was an app problem that day.

Great tips, I went on Resilient Lady in December 2023, 6 nights and found that wasn’t long enough to truly experience what was on offer. Im booked 11 nights in March 2024 and looking forward to a more relaxed cruise now i understand how everything works Brunch is a must at the Wake or Razzle Dazzle although Razzle Dazzle has reduced the secret menu. My tip slow down when onboard and take time to explore each deck you might find things that you never knew about above all have fun and an open mind. No kids allowed 😂

I love your videos! Since you have sailed VV so much I would like your opinion on handicapped accessibility to things. Do you feel it would be easy to navigate with a scooter. I like watching content creators, but there are a few who take into account those who have disabilities and they don’t show those types of access. Keep up the great work like I said, love your videos.

I have many friends that solely create content around accessible travel - it's important to find people who create exactly what you're looking for! To answer your question - Virgin Voyages and all cruises are easy to navigate via scooter. Jodie recently rocked hiking around Cambodia (she's an above the knee amputee). Thank you for watching! secret menu: razzle dazzle. "not known to many" is test kitchen has more than 1 menu on long sailings, and a pretty cool vegetarian menu

My husband and I have never been on a cruise and he has some vacation time next week and I thought about booking a cruise next week leaving on Feb 21st... Do you think we should just go for it or will lots of reservations be already taken as far as dinner and shows at this point?

it's different on EVERY sailing! for dominican daze.. it's generally in the middle of the week. for key west... it's second night.

No. Bar is just for drinks, SL is for everything, excursions, ship shopping, upsell food, and also works for drinks.

Sorry to say, if you are not a RS, you cannot go into RRT. Even if you are with someone with a black band. The crew will ask you to leave. If this was a thing, then it wouldn't be exclusive nor a perk for those paying thousands more for this uncrowded area.

True, but that's OK. We were not impressed with Richard's Rooftop. It was VERY windy. We spent most of our time at the Perch and I will try the Dock House next time.
