This is what its like to be in a family where there's abundant love, a mother who doesn't run charge cards overboard, and holidays/birthdays, etc, are fun. I never had that. Very little love directed my way. envious, but I live it vicariously now thru the Holleins... now teach the kids the joy of snow ice cream.. big bowls of top snow, milk, sugar, and vanilla blended together, and stirred in.. yum!!

I feel like that's the good part for some of us we might not have gotten that family love but we can give this love to others and watching the Hoellein we learn many lessons about it. Thats why I love watching them Warms my heart no matter what.

My 3 year old was so excited to see all the new toys & as always asked if we could come play at your house😂 "please mommy can't you just text them?!" It's so sweet how thinks everyone is friends! Glad your holidays have been so nice! Thanks for sharing!

I think it was so nice seeing a modest Christmas. Seriously, so many people go overboard and half the room is full of gifts. I applaud you both 😊 they received a great amount without going crazy.

I feel like once you get older you don't get as much presents as when you were a child and you start to realize that even just having someone or something by your side is a gift and someone to love Christmas is more about spending time with family than getting appreciate that you're still on earth🎄🎁

Bonnie I have been watching you and your family for a couple of years now and I just want to wish you all a merry Christmas! I never write comments but I just wanted to say that last year when I was home on mat leave I would watch you every morning while my boys had their morning nap and now that I'm back to work I'll try to make time during my day to watch. I love you and your family. I think you are such an amazing mom and I totally draw inspiration from you nearly every day. The last couple of years have been difficult and you a source of light. Thank you!!!

You honestly have the sweetest family. When I was Olivia's age every year my aunt would send me little wood furniture, little wood dolls, and small dishes and pottery that she made herself. I never got a doll house but I will always save my dolls set for when I have a daughter. Merry Christmas to your family

Bonnie, your family warms my heart. I rarely comment on videos and I watch yours as soon as they are uploaded, but I had to this time around. You have the most incredible kids and husband. What a vlog!!! Totes stayed up until 1am and finished watching it. So glad I did because it was Amazing!! Merry Christmas!! That snow was unbelievable and so different to our Christmas Day here in Melbourne, Australia......we sweltered through a 38 degree day and we were in the pool alllllllll day. Lincoln is going to love that vacuum. My son who was born in the same year as Lincoln (in May) is obsessed with his sisters vacuum. My little guy uses it more than her now and whenever I vacuum he grabs it and vacuums along. It's the cutest thing.

When I was little we use to do Christmas very similar in that one person opened a gift at a time. However one adult, usually dad or grandpa, played Santa and would handout one gift at a time. Looking back I have no idea how they contained us as kids. So cute watching your babes enjoy Christmas like this :) I love seeing how other families celebrate, and how you and Joel have blended your family traditions and created new ones.

Watching Lincoln pushing that Hoover was very adorable and when he said I love you oh my heart just melted, is Boston a May baby as me and my twin were born in May he has some of the same qualities as I do 😉. Love the long vlog guys and I so could have watched an hour! You are such a sweet family. Olivia is so goofy, she made me laugh. She was just darling though when she hugged you because you both got the same doll outfits. Cody was beyond excited with his gifts. Lincoln is just sweetness and Boston was so serious today, maybe he was overwhelmed. Joel you know how to put a smile on Bonnie's face, that necklace was gorgeous.
