Hey family! In today's video we're headed to Aldi for our Christmas Grocery Haul! After the haul we make two Christmas Treats that are now both family favorites!
Mama's Candied Pecans:
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 egg white
1 Tbs water
1 pound pecan halves
Whisk egg white and water together until frothy. Pour over pecans and coat them well. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl and then pour over pecans and coat them well. Bake one hour in a 250° degree oven stirring every 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
1 pound white chocolate
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1-1/2 cup Rice Krispies cereal
1-1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts
INSTRUCTIONS
Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper and set it aside.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Remove it from the heat and allow the chocolate to cool slightly.
Stir in the peanut butter, cereal, marshmallows, and peanuts until well combined.
Drop the mixture by 2-tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet.
Allow the cookies to cool completely before serving.
