Music is beautiful and not filled with trashy modern songs. The only regret is so many of the Christmas cards are about some guy in a red suit giving presents to kids instead of pictures of Jesus giving His love and healing to all. IT's HIS birthday, why not see HIM.

I remember those days really well! Going to church on Christmas Eve. And coming home to a big red Santa’s bag next to the door. Those days are gone. No cell phones and computers. Just good ole toys and celebrate the lord’s birthday!!! Amen!!!!

Thank you such familiar sounds of my childhood. These recordings were clearer than I remember my mom’s 78’s. They were played so much in my parents country store. My father rigged up a wired soeaker protected from the weather by an Apple box and some flannel cover. My mothers records could be heard evenings in our country neighbourhood and families would come out in the evenings to sit and listen to the music. These were very wonderful memories gifted to me by my parents, with all their love. Truly blessed Am I.

Tradition has its own charm. I still love old recordings of Christmas carols because of their non-sophisticate accompaniment and performance.

O my, you can forget all this modern tec for perfect sound, I have been looking for something like this for years, I am not at home 50 yrs ago, sat with my mother, sister and brother. The fire was going out we had used all the coal for that day but we stayed up pasted 8 to look at the tree and listen to the record player

It's such a touching memory of those golden and glorious days during the 60's and 70's when we would play the records on the record player. Most nostalgic were those years when we would send and receive the Christmas cards by post. Thanks for featuring these old recordings, very likely 78 rpm records. They still produce pleasant sounds. And the vintage cards, they bring back memories and joyful to ponder. This made me feel a real Christmas feeling that you just don’t get from a lot of carols. Reminds me of when I was small and we lived in the country and I’d look out at the moonlight shining across the snow, wondering what Santa was doing and imagining the North Star above the stable. This is pure magic to listen to. It's like being taken back to my childhood. Watching classic cartoons and movies, unwrapping presents on Christmas Eve, then going to sleep waiting for Santa to arrive. I love how you used the version of "Hark The Herald Angels Sing" from "It's A Wonderful Life". The magic of Christmas in days of yore is so amazing. "Christmas in July" is a surprise, "Christmas in April" is an even bigger surprise, but I'm the only one I know who can do "Christmas in February".

now, this time of the year returns, so i return to your video. 😃 in this past year i havent forgotten about it. i wasnt in the mood to listen to it in summer, but i start it now in middle of november 😁👍 it was a quite stressful and fearful year here in Austria. im glad, some things didnt come as hard, as they made us believe. so i can (at least until now) take some time to enjoy some good feelings, with your music- video here 😊 ill never forger, that it helped me calm down last year. 🌻🌻🌻🌙
