Growing up in Kansas, and my father being a hunter we ate plenty of quail in the fall. My mother would bake it with dressing or fry it, make quail gravy..yum...and mashed potatoes. Brings back a ton of memories. Thanks!

Listening to you and your mother speaking in French reminded me of something I keep wondering about ... I know you have been in this country a long time and your accent is very slight but the question I have is, do you THINK in French and then have to translate before you speak or do you now THINK in English? That's just my strange mind at work again.
