INGREDIENTS FOR 20 cm/8 Inch CAKE:

DRY INGREDIENTS:
• Maida/All Purpose Flour - 1 Cup (150 Gms)
• Coco Powder - ¼ Cup (22 Gms)
• Sugar - 1 Cup (265 Gms)
• Baking Powder - 1 Tsp
• Baking Soda - ½ Tsp
• Cardamom Powder - 1 Tsp
• Nutmeg Powder - 1 Tsp
• Salt - A Pinch
WET/LIQUID INGREDIENTS:
• Oil - ½ Cup (125 Ml)
• Curd - 200 Ml
• Gur/Jaggery - 2 Tbsp.
• Lemon Juice - 1 Lemon
• Orange/Grape/Pomegranate Juice - 400 Ml
DRY FRUITS:
• Black Raisins, Regular Raisins, Apricot, Dates, Figs - ¼ Cup (Or As Desired)
• Cranberry, Raspberry, Strawberry - ¼ Cup
• Chopped cashew nuts - 2 Tbsp
• Chopped almonds - 2 Tbsp
• Chopped cherries - 2 Tbsp
• Tutti Fruti - 3 to 4 Tbsp
