WE SOLD IT ALL TO TRAVEL THE WORLD.
In this episode of the Fire Family Dana is still recovering so we show a trip from the past.
We go to Lapland in Finland on Christmas Day.
Our first stop is Helsinki, where we get on the Polar Express to the town of Rovaniemi, just above the Arctic Circle.
We visit Santa Claus village, take pictures with him and go reindeer sledding.
Over the next week we also visit the town of Levi, where we go mushing (snow dog sledding) and Tankavaara, near the border with Russia, where we go hiking and stay in a traditional hut.
We take the opportunity to try the local cuisine, based of reindeer and berries. As well as enjoying the culture, especially the Sauna.
