A few decades since my last visit, but it's a very interesting town to wander round - and now, I see, it has a museum. Nice to revisit it once more, in your delightful portrait. Season's greetings.

Oh Paul I soooo Loved this. Malmesbury was one of the last places we visited and it is still so fresh in my memory. How lovely to see it in it's Christmas clothing. This was 12:09 minutes pure joy. Thank you. 🎄👌🇳🇱🙋‍♀🇳🇿

Lovely video, Paul, a merry Christmas to you too. I presume that malmesbury abbey is a working church, besides the ruined part. Those turner sketches were fabulous!

Lovely seasonal video of Malmesbury! I went there about 20 years ago now & my abiding memory was not finding anywhere to eat!! Looks like that has changed now. We visited the famous ‘Naked gardens ‘ in the town & the Abbey! I liked that quirky shop ‘Mirror’ that was reflected in its signage! I thought it might be a gift shop but looking carefully it was a ladies’ hairdressers. Thanks Paul!

Thank you Diana! Yes, it is a charming town. Sadly the famous gardens have now closed - I don't know who the new owners are - such a shame as they were beautiful gardens. The famous mirror (just out of shot at the beginning) is essential for that blind bend on the corner! Plenty of places and choices there now. Thanks for watching and commenting. Take care, Paul

As with a few other people who I follow on their KZfaq channels, I really appreciate all of the effort and energy you put into making these wonderful travel videos. They're especially meaningful to me being that I lived in England for 12 years and loved it there. It's the home of my ancestors and perhaps it's why I felt such an easiness and fondness for the British way of life. I'll say "Cheers" and let you carry on with your video making. Suzie
