you're brave for chancing central central on a saturday in december! thanks for showing all the charity shops you stopped in, it gave some great inspo Also fav work out is pole dance, and running is my worst. I get bored and my knees can't take it anymore :')

My favourite form of exercise is climbing and learning how to fight like a martial art or krav maga, mainly because its fun, I'm learning something and it totally distracts me from the fact I'm exercising! Least favourite is spin class, never ever again!

hahah whyyy does it happen! I've asked facialists before and they always say it's something to do with cleanliness of your pillowcase or phone, but that really doesn't make sense because I wash both frequently and sleep on both sides of my face :') if you ever figure it out.... please let me know! also I used to love that movie!!

running is for sure my favourite kind of working out !!:D that active wear looks lovely! have you tried their bras and if so how is the fit? Are they supportive?

they have a mix of supportive-ness! I've say the reef bra is less supportive, fine for me and my tiny b00bs lol but their 'silt' reversible ones are much more compressing xxx

oh my gosh, now that would make *so* much sense if true! because I really don't think it's because of external factors.... I clean my bedding & phone loads and obviously wash my face too :') I'm going to look into this theory now haha xxx
