someone said this in the comment section of the goodbye michael paintball clip on youtube an i never noticed it while watching the show but the episode starts with mike talking with dwight about bears trying to stir up a conversation after their recent falling out when mike knows what not to do but he lies acting like he doesn't known how to avoid bears playin the fool the way only dwight would naively think hes telling the truth of being that stupid just to talk to dwight on his last day early in the morning an he lies to the office about tomorrow being his last day so for example creed and jim think they will all have lunch the next day on his real last day and then jim figures it out and tells pam who also makes it in time to see him at the airport but dwight probably did not know that he was leaving that day ironic enough and mike unlike with the others who he has to interact with at work, planned this whole secret thing on his real final day where he has little time he chose to wait in uniform in a dumpster hoping not knowing if dwight will read his card and come just to play paintball ..and he bought tht uniform it seems just for that moment not really cause he likes it but just for dwight....thats kinda incredible...like he has a moment with everyone cause they are at work but he took time out of his last day in scranton that I bet is very busy to play paintball with the bitter dwight for seemingly an hour and wait multiple hours for him not knowing if his friend would come but knowing him well enough that he might come due to how well they know each other...its brilliant writing..they most likely had a real goodbye as well after that cause they were closer then work associates ..and I bet he did call dwight in colorado daily...

What would I give as secret santa gift to an Office character? Easy. I would give Meredith a bottle of one of our best cachaças. Cachaça is a typical brazilian alcoholic drink. Very strong, she would love it. It is also one of the ingredients of Caipirinha.

In the roast of Micheal Scott (Stress Relief) Meredith did talk about the photo Michael took of her. “You posted a picture of my bare boobs on the bulletin board with a caption that said, Gross. Michael, you are the reason I drink.”

I got so bummed out for Jim when Meredith took the teapot. I still am curious what stuff he wrote on those notes even though we know one of them had to be a confession of his feelings for Pam... but we see Dwight reading something inside and Pam is looking at him. I wonder why she did that

I'm surprised people like this episode so much. It reminds me of a season 1 episode in how mean spirited Michael is.

Sorry but this episode is more like a 3/5 for me. Just because it’s a Christmas episode doesn’t make it any better for me. I’ve never enjoyed the jokes of this episode and think the show has had better Christmas episodes such as Benihana Christmas. This episode also falls in between two great episodes with Email Surveillance and Booze Cruise. This episode of very plot based, which is fine but the humor didn’t stick the landing for me. However the callbacks to this episode throughout the series is amazing
