My mixed feelings tell me that this looks most likely to be acted, that Ian actually is nice to Spenser, but this episode looks to me like next level bullying… Right at the end I thought Ian did have a serious gift for him, but turned out not to be. It rather gave me sense of sympathy for Spenser than a laugh about Ian’s (possible) joke. I’m confused.

I’m pretty sure the 2019 was a joke, considering they didn’t start this show with this particular set until 2020. And they probably recorded this back in October because they were prerecording a bunch of videos so they could go on holiday and not miss uploads.

Alternate title: *Ian bullies Spencer for 18 minutes and 42 seconds* Now that Keith restored Jackson's body, he can have him signed his Funko Pop! 💀 What a small world that Ian mentioned both Hoboken and Poughkeepsie. Yes it's in NY and it's pronounced puh-kip-see. I've used Metro North many times as I grew up in the Hudson Valley region so that name is forever glued in my mind. But I'm more familiar with Hoboken, NJ since I also used to live in Jersey City which is right next door. Been to the original Carlo's Bake Shop (Cake Boss) there many times, I've even met Buddy's mother once. When they're not filming, there's no line outside and you can just walk in.

We need a 'What would Spencer do?' episode with Ian as a contestant, however, Spencer never lets Ian reveal his answers(as they would no doubt be anti-Spencer) and instead answers asininely for him and\or mocks Ian the whole show, backed up by the other contestants of course. You can tell that Spencer has a good sense of humor though, I get the feeling that he and Ian are actually pretty tight.
