Thank you thank you. Thank you for rescuing that wonderful piece of cross stitch from the thrift shop. I love to pick up pieces that I know someone spent time and love producing and save them for the future.

A lot of very beautiful handmade items. People who don't to this kind of handwork don't realize how much time is invested in it. I have lots and lots of Christmas decorations, and my handmade items are my favorite.

Could you do a video to explain how you cut the corners of your bed quilts? Looks like a great idea!

That would make a good "short" video. Just to keep you from suspense though - here is what I do. Quilt as normal. Place on the bed you want it on. Decide )by folding) where you want the corner to end - that will look natural... Pin one pin. Then take to your cutting table. Make sure to measure and cut the corner off evenly by going the same inches from the corner on both sides. If there is a natural place (from piecing) that is close - follow that to make it look like you planned it. I only cut the bottom two corners off. I've done that for my own personal bed quilts four times now and I love not having the corners hit the floor.

I don't know a flosstube channel. Maybe you meant when I mentioned an earlier cross stitch video that we did. We have made two different stitcheries into quilts in videos. You can find them on our KZfaq channel.

I don't know the name of it. I made it up from a different quilt. I will try to find it. Or make a video about how in a few months.
