Ingredients:-
Maida (All purpose Flour) - 2 1/4 Cup
Baking Powder - 3 tsp
Salt - 1 pinch
Butter - 250 gms
Powdered Sugar - 1 1/2 Cup
Egg - 3 Nos.
Milk - 3/4 - 1 1/2 Cup
Vanilla Essence - 1 1/2 tsp
Cocoa Powder - 2 tbs
Pink food Co lour - Few Drops

Mam അടിപൊളി,,, ഇതുവരെ കാണാത്ത രീതിയിൽ mam 3കളറിൽ സെറ്റ് ചെയ്തു,, ഞാൻ ഇതുവരെ ഈ രീതിയിൽ കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല... അതുപോലെ തന്നെ കാണാനും എന്ത് ഭംഗിയാ... Iഇത് ഞാന് തീർച്ചയായും ട്രൈ ചെയ്യും.... പിന്നെ ഇതുവരെ ഞാൻ വിചാരിച്ചേ zeebra ലൈൻ കേക്കും മാർബിൾ കേക്ക്ക്കും ഒന്നാണ് എന്നായിരുന്നു... But അതിന്റെ ബേസ് ഏകദേശം ഒരേ പോലെ യാണ് എന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു,, but 3കളർ ആണ് എന്നെ അത്ഭുത പെടുത്തിയത്... എന്തായാലും exselent...... Soopppppeeerrrr....

ഇത്തവണത്തെ കേക്ക് ഓവനിൽ വച്ചത് സന്തോഷം. മാമിനെ പോലെ വിവരവും വിദ്യാഭ്യാസവുമുള്ള സ്ത്രീ കുക്കർ കേക്ക് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത് കണ്ടപ്പോൾ അതിശയം തോന്നിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. Delayed gratification എന്നൊരു സംഭവമുണ്ടല്ലോ. അതായത് തൽക്കാലത്തെ സുഖം ഭാവിയിലെ നേട്ടത്തിന് വേണ്ടി മാറ്റി വയ്ക്കുന്നത്? പലരുടെയും കേക്കുണ്ടാക്കൽ കാണുമ്പോൾ ഞാൻ വിചാരിക്കുന്നത് ഈ കാര്യമാണ്. ഓവന് പൈസയാണ് എന്നും പറയും. പക്ഷെ ഗ്യാസടുപ്പിൽ വച്ച് മുപ്പതും നാൽപ്പതും മിനിറ്റ് കത്തിച്ച് ഉണ്ടാക്കുമ്പോൾ, അങ്ങനെ ഒരു പത്തു തവണ ഉണ്ടാക്കുമ്പോൾ ഉണ്ടാവുന്ന ചിലവിനെ പറ്റി ആരും ഓർക്കാത്തതെന്താ? ഇവർക്കൊന്നും എൽ പി ജി വെറുതെ കിട്ടുന്നതല്ലല്ലോ. തൽക്കാലത്തെ കേക്ക് കൊതി മാറ്റി വച്ച് ഒരു വർഷം പൈസ സേവ് ചെയ്താൽ ഒരു ചെറിയ ഓവൻ വാങ്ങാവുന്നതല്ലെയുള്ളോ? Fossil fuel ആയ പാചകവാതകവും പണവും ചുമ്മാ കളയുകയും വേണ്ട.
