This is one of those videos I don't really want to put out there but I know it's good for me to reflect on these low times in the future to see how much my thinking has changed and hopefully make one person feel less alone in their struggles.

I feel ya Sian, literally the worst day for me today too. Overbearning guilt of feeling like im letting people down by "again" cancelling all my plans just so that I can feel safe, warm and of sound mind. I truely think the key for me is never forgetting the importance of routine. Chin up thought you're nailing these videos recently :D

Oh yeah deffo, I think that’s why I’ve been feeling so low, not having a constant need to focus on work just means I lose track of everything. Feels similar to being furloughed again. Quite sad though that I can’t even enjoy my own time unless it’s occupied. Sorry you had a bad day! Hope things have picked up for you over the weekend ☺️

@@SianKatie I think it’s an ADHD effect because I feel exactly the same and especially about winter holidays, I hate them the most. But what is important these bad feelings are temporary we still the best creations, caring and creative, anyone will be super happy with us 🥰❤

Im not sure which one is worse. Shopping/spending your money everytime you got sad. Or, breaking everything in the kitchen whenever you got sad :O LoL, just joking. I hope it entertains you tho.

Hello! I know what you mean. First of all you don’t need anyone’s approval, you are here, gorgeous and special. Second I feel lonely too especially during bloody Christmas time because I wish to have a family but ADHD behaviour and victim position in my past destroyed many things, I also love to trap myself in the past and ruminate how it could be different and etc. the best is to enjoy your present, every moment. And no need anyone’s approval. Right things will come at the right moment. But being patient it’s another struggle. Hah ❤🎄❄

Aw thank you for your kind words 🧡 I wish I had been taught to be present, meditate and ground myself as a child because once you’re an adult and stuck with these bad habits like rumination it feels like an impossible cycle to break. I’m either fretting about the future, anxious about my present or depressed about my past… 🥲 I feel like I want to be on the planet on my own sometimes to just roam around and do whatever I want at any point. Human relationships over complicate everything because they have their super complex issues too. I love Christmas but I always get down it’s bittersweet 🎄
