"Hazel's Christmas Shopping" is the first Christmas episode of the NBC sitcom Hazel, aired as the twelfth episode of the show's first season. Hazel has one gift to buy before Christmas and it's for Dorothy. However, when she discovers she doesn't have money for it, she gets a job at a department store and encounters a shoplifter.

“Just 86 Shopping Minutes Till Christmas" is the second Christmas episode of the NBC sitcom Hazel, based on The Saturday Evening Post comic strip of the same name, aired as the fifteenth episode of its fourth season. Unlike the series' previous Christmas episode, it was broadcast in color. Dorothy discovers a mink coat in the house and jumps to the conclusion that it's a Christmas gift for her from George. She is unaware that Harry had bought it for Rita and asked George to hide it for him.
•Stage and screen star Shirley Booth cleaned up with two Emmys for the title role of a busybody maid, based on the 'Saturday Evening Post' cartoons by Ted Key. Hazel may have officially been the Baxters' housekeeper, but she ran that house much more adeptly than the often-flummoxed George ran his successful law career. When 'Hazel' moved over to CBS, Booth's character also relocated, going to live with the family of George's brother.
•Hazel is an American sitcom about a spunky live-in maid named Hazel Burke (played by Shirley Booth) and her employers, the Baxters. The five-season, 154-episode series aired in prime time from September 28, 1961, to April 11, 1966, and was produced by Screen Gems. The first four seasons of Hazel aired on NBC, and the fifth and final season aired on CBS. Season 1 was broadcast in black-and-white except for one episode which was in color, and seasons 2-5 were all broadcast in color. The show was based on the single-panel comic strip of the same name by cartoonist Ted Key, which appeared in The Saturday Evening Post.
