I think she was actually trying to date someone more “acceptable.” In previous episodes she was warned about what happened when people “mixed.” He was jealous, but I don’t think that was her reason.

I love lonnie jamison. He was so cute, handsome and a good actor. In this episode he was like I will get her for making my boss and father figure look bad. He just looked so clueless and hurt and hopeless

Carol O'Connor also worked in "All In The Family", Archie Bunker, and the spinoff show, "Archie Bunker's Place", he is co-owner of a bar/grill in Queens NY. The re-runs are shown on many TV and Cable stations. The seasons the the two shows are available on DVD and Blu-Ray.
