I am wondering whether in the new version there is enough emphasis on misdirection and thwarted direction so as to make it equally mercifully harsh on us hetereosexuals hopefully joint in sacramental unions opne to life. Misdirected sounds also better than the old inverted. It may switch people off rather than help them.
