Im catching up on your older vids, and Im cracking up, because I was just that level of stunned with the chrome effect when I discovered it 6 mos ago when I got into nail goodies... which would have been about 4 years after your amazement in the video. I was running around the house like a loon, showing my guy, my brother in law,... the cat! Wanted everyone to oogle my chrome. Cracking me up that you were just as amazed way back when chromes were emerging at trade shows. It is a bloody marvel, that powder. Btw, best applicator I found by far.... my finger!

thank you so much for your videos! I've been playing with these and discovered that even though it's a no wipe topcoat, if you wipe it with 90% alcohol after curing , the powder gets even more mirror like!

You can put the powder over any color polish to alter the effect or shade of the chrome

+NailCareerEducation Try doing a white/chrome marble or a black/chrome marble nail design. I've never seen it done.

If your top coat does have the inhibition layer, it works better if you wipe it with a lint free wipe without the alcohol or cleanser, just dry and then use the powder! :)

if i use regular nail polish, chrome powder and then a UV gel top coat will it still work? or would the base nail polish have to be a gel polish as well?

Hi Suzie, I have a question, have you used CND shellac before? A few clients are complaining that their shellac is coming off after a day or 2. Some clients last 3 weeks, some last 1 day. Is there anything you can suggest? Thanks!
