Dear music friends and fans,
in the second half of our “20 Years” tour, the whole band gathered again on stage to play this very atmospheric song. This tune about the journey into virtual realities offers plenty of space for improvisation, in the background singing, while screwing around together on the synthesizers and in the sound search on the cello, violin and guitar.
It was important for us to create a common “sound space”, which we also took plenty of time for, as you can hear. The stage and lighting design, in wonderful blue with fine strips of light over the outlines of the structures for the orchestra, also played their part. At this point a big compliment to Elmar Eckert, who has been responsible for the visual design of our concerts since the beginning of our stage career.
