Dear music friends and fans,
the homecoming of Odysseus, who in this song is not looking for power but for love, here with the wonderful Neue Philharmonie Frankfurt: “Return”.
From the beginning, with the undulations in the strings, to the big increase in the final verse, it was a great pleasure to listen to the orchestra, which could have played this song without a conductor.
At this point, a big thank you, on behalf of everyone involved, to concertmaster Ralf Huebner, the oboist Astrid Cienia, who can be heard here with a gently and soulfully played solo, as well as the "bosses" Ralph Ziegler and Dirk Eisermann.
From the first rehearsal on, everyone involved had the feeling that there was a deep human and artistic understanding between the orchestra and Deine Lakaien.
