Mam i want to ask that as you said cytokines released bring out monocyte and epithloid cells but in harsh mohan it is written that the macrophage that has engulfed the antigen transforms morphologically and becomes epthloid cells which collectively forms giant cells what is the correct answer please reply mam🙏
