This is easily the best information I’ve seen about CLL (and I’ve done a lot of looking!). Anyone who’s now contemplating treatment should definitely make a point of seeing this. The information is beautifully condensed and presented. Whoever sees it (who’s not in medicine) will need to stop and look something up once in a while… which is all to the good, since otherwise the video could have got a lot longer with explanations that a lot viewers don’t need. Thanks to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada, and of course, thank you so much Dr. Robinson for all the hard work and skill in putting this together - it’s a wonderful accomplishment!

I am 58 fighting with cll since one year. I am currently consuming tab ibrutinib daily. I am losing body weight gradually. Would any one come forward to suggest and advise me to live longer. I am highly confused and perplexed with my life.

I’m sorry that no-one has answered you. I hope you have a doctor or nurse that can answer any questions. Best wishes.

Hi Im 54 and an RN and I was just diagnosed with CLL/SLL still under investigation for aggressive B cell lymphoma. It is scary especially at our younger age. Ive been sick and suffering undiagnosed for two years, pure negligence as I have aggressive symptoms. Id say this, not knowing your case specifically. Its all about staging, and that will advance your treatment requirements. The only cure is stem cell transplant but treatments will help delay progression and support the changes in your counts as needed. Some people really do very well with conservative measures. Listen to your body. Do a little research and work with an oncologist who treats you right.❤
