Thank you Dan for your existence…This is the exact approach I am adopting in my healing journey...Until now, I was believing that I have to do something to get rid of my symptoms...I was constantly on edge and I was constantly on the lookout for them…I was giving them all my attention…My life was revolving around my symptoms…I was in that chronic stress mode that you talk about, that emergency or ‘fight or flight’ mode…Now I know that’s exactly why my symptoms persisted till now…Now I know that all I had to was just ‘let go’…loosen up a little…just get out of the way and let the body take care of itself…well, its easier said than done…but I think slowly but surely I’m getting there… I am not even taking this ‘TMS healing protocol’ too seriously...I am not much into journaling...I don’t think I have to figure out and heal some distant past trauma that may have started the symptoms in the first place….I am more concerned with what’s keeping them which are these daily stressers, this constant worry and anxiety about the illness… I have never felt this much clarity about this whole thing and I have you to thank for that.. So, thank you for bringing a ray of sunshine in my life. I am so grateful to you. God bless !!

In this video, you have truly clarified for me, what I have been doing for the past 30 years! I have been trying desperately to heal. I have probably 30 journals to prove it. And the very same issues are written in my own handwriting over and over, again and again through the journals. I remember looking back through them and noticing nothing really changed and wondering why! Thank you Dan. Your words finally sunk in. There's nothing wrong. I've been stressing out my stressed body with the constant and continuous need to heal my healthy body instead of taking it easy, loving myself totally, practicing saying, " I'm okay. I got this." What's the saying? Oh, mind over matter? Thanks for freeing me.

hi dan, love your content. I have been in this bot with neuropathic pain for about 4 years now. Sometimes I really belive that it’s truly just TMS and then I’ll have flare ups and get scared of all the crazy full body nerve sensation I get n start thinking I have a neurological disease or neuropathy. Ihave crps and neuropathic pain as well for last 3-4 years and what crazy I have seen some amazing improvement when I just pushed myself at the gym and became very active and got busy in life the pain subsided. The neuropathic pain was always mainly in my legs and certain times in last two years I have been working out like an athlete doing lunges, squats upto 200lbs, step up, leg press upto 500 lbs and a lot of biking and cardio. But last 4 months all neuropathic pain has come back with a vengeance and not just in legs but all over especially the burning skin, tingling, electric shocks, cold water feeling, fire ants biting crawling, you name it and I have that neuropathic symptoms. I had these nerve symptoms before too but they slowly faded I even travelled all around Europe and went to 16 counties on my own working out going to bars having a great time. But last 3 months my mom visited I panicked to her about still getting these symptoms and more I panicked it’s like everything came back and then we went and met 3-4 more doctors and the more I explained my old symptoms it’s like my brain was listening and I have debilitating pain in legs and all nerve symptoms back all the time, the nerve sensitivity and when my mom was still here my full body was having nerve symptoms shocks tingling burning, it was like in just the 3 weeks she was here the more I focused and panicked about my problems it just kept intensifying and now I almost feel like a cripple in just last two months. It’s astonishing to see I was lifting 200 lbs squats and doing Such hard workout again thinking I’m mostly past it with most of my nerve symptoms restricted to stressful times or night time while sleeping or in morning to now them being there 24/7 and some days I can’t even walk. When I started getting better 2 years ago I couldn’t walk anymore so I forced myself to Walk 10-15 miles everyday, I couldn’t wear jeans or any clothing pretty much would cause sensivity pain in knees classic CRPS allodynia sign. I have been overly obsessing and spending about 10-15 hours on forums everyday since this relapse and everytime I have to explain my stmptoms even right now as I’m writing I can feeling them Going up and up. If I pick up and call mom n dad and vent or start getting sad or panicky the symptoms go up 100 times but if I don’t call them every morning I wake up with full body burning tingling and every nerve symptoms everywhere. I can’t belive just 7 months ago I was dancing in Ireland and running around in Barcelona and here I am restricted to my bed unable to do anything and because of wrtiting and explaining my symptoms to so many people over the last 2 months it’s like every single one of them is back which I thought I had forgotten or loved past from. It’s like my nerves are so hyper and nervous system can’t seem to turn off anymore. Would love your advice on how to go about things. Thanks

Stop researching symptoms on the internet. If your symptoms go up and down over the past four years, it's TMS. Nothing more, nothing less. Stop talking about the pain. You have TMS. Stop using medical labels to describe it. It's essentially a stress illness. Stressing out about a stress illness just makes it worse. It's like pouring gasoline on a fire and wondering why it won't go out. Your number one job is to soothe your fears. Get out of the stress response (fight or flight) and stop obsessing about the symptoms. This video maps out what I think you need to get dialed in to end your symptoms. Watch it several times. Take notes. And then work on each of the concepts. You can do this. You just have to KNOW you are well and convince your brain that is true. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/adx6mqWf186qpGw.html

@@LL-pk2uu I had an experience that totally convinced me that the mind I MUCH more powerful than commonly assumed. I sat in meditation at a course. My leg hurt like hell, I was sweating furiously, and I just generally felt extremely unwell. Normal bodily reaction to clearly identifiable physical causes, right? Leg pain is to be expected when you sit on it for an hour, especially when it is naturally weak from an old ankle-sprain. It is not abnormal to sweat like a pig when it's the hot summer of 2018 and you're in a meditation hall with fifty others and the windows are closed... right? However, then I suddenly had an insight, and I was able to guide myself to a level of clarity that I hadn't experienced before. In a minute or two (!), all my symptoms disappeared. No pain, no sweating, no discomfort whatsoever. An hour later I got up, and felt lighter than ever.

I was doing so good for 10 months or more from pelvic pain. Taking oh well stance. Then over the weekend I had a huge major flare. Is this due to stress or emotions?
@PainFreeYou
@PainFreeYou 4 жыл бұрын
Yes and yes. Just go back to the "oh well" - no big deal. Don't let the flare up freak you out. The faster you decide it's no big deal, attend to whatever is going on in your emotional world and not care at all about the symptoms, the faster they will let go. Choose your response.

Yes. I believe most symptoms including those labeled dystonomia to be cause by the brain perceiving danger. So yes, TMS/Perceived Danger. I believe with consistent messages of safety, you can get well.

@PainFreeYou

I'm sorry you are suffering so bad. Are you aware of TMS? Do you know TMS is the cause of your pain? If so, there is a way out. Learn about TMS at: PainFreeYou.com See if it applies to you: DanBuglio.com/paintest Apply the principles in this video to get well: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/adx6mqWf186qpGw.html Yes, easier said than done, but when you combine accurate knowledge with feeling emotions, soothing your body, calming your mind, a mindset of indifference, reassuring yourself that you are okay and shifting focus away from the pain more often than note - you CAN teach your brain that the pain is no longer needed and it can fade away over time.

The key concept is that the body is not at fault. It's accumulated negative emotions manifesting itself in physical pain or symptoms. An intro to the concept is here: PainFreeYou.com And a walk through of the concepts that can help end pain or symptoms is here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/adx6mqWf186qpGw.html Don't write it off as not able to help you.
