Watch the documentary! When Wendy returned from Florida she told the judge that she didn’t want her family in charge of her. She did that because they wouldn’t let her drink and her son also made her eat healthy as a vegan. The court could only hand her over to the system when she said that. She’s probably drinking herself to death right now. Wendy was always a woman who foolishly thought she was smarter than everyone. She played herself!

Wendy herself is in charge of who she wants to talk to. If they haven’t heard from her it’s because she doesn’t want to be heard from. Maybe she’s even slowly forgetting them as her mind goes. Or she’s drinking again. Either way, unless there’s a protection order, the guardian cannot prevent her from making calls to anyone. They can only control who calls her since dementia makes you prone to conmen.

It can happen. I know an elderly person who needs a conservatorship and I could have got one but decided not to. Instead I contacted family who did want nothing to do with the elderly person. It's crazy that family can't assume conservatorship once they identify they want to help. Wow just so unbelievable!

I have m, there was a lady in Fl years ago that was tricked into one and robbed of all her money, every time she would tell the courts the courts that she was crazy and would send her back to the doctors and she would get drugged there is also another case where a family was trying to help there mother that was being abused by the person but the family had no say

I see homeless people every day talking to no one who needs conservatorship, but somehow, these courts don't care about them. Just rich people! This is a horrible process that needs to be investigated.

This is truly sinister. The conservator is trying to separate her from entire support system so that there’s no one that can jog her memory and her dementia gets worst at a progressive rate. This is literally solitary confinement.

Yaaaz the family need a good attorney to fight for control . I pray for Wendy that she get from underneath the hands of that ole white uncaring greedy winch. Wendy possibly couldn’t want her son and family out of her life. This is bad very bad!
