I must admit that I tend to support women while analyzing a case. It's widely known now that Nesto is a devious man, and it appears that he deserves severe punishment. However, as further details emerge about this case, it becomes apparent that Shirley Strawberry is not as innocent as she seems. While I doubt she directly participated in Ernesto's criminal activities, she did benefit from the stolen goods obtained through unlawful means, and I believe she was aware of some of her husband's unsavory methods. Ernesto is an unreliable source, but even the most deceitful individuals occasionally tell the truth. In one of his jailhouse calls, he admitted that Shirley knew his true nature when she married him, and how could she not? He had been in prison for almost a decade before the marriage and was arrested four times during the eight years of marriage. Despite this revelation, as recently as June 2023, Shirley is still standing by her deceitful husband. Consequently, my sympathy for her has diminished, and I wouldn't be surprised if further incriminating evidence is uncovered. Birds of a feather flock together.

Shirley has this martyr mindset. She wants to save and redeem a crook like Earnesto from his wayward ways. Some women are like this. Taking on the project of "Build a bum"! Shirley knew something was never right and i would not be surprised if the police start looking at her as a accomplice.

Shirley needs to flip this into a money making opportunity. She needs to share the entire experience either as a multi part series on the morning show or a book.

What a mess this is. On Shirley, for me, I am still not sure. On one hand, I believe she wanted to believe good people make bad mistakes every day. On the other hand, how were all of the eviction notices not a red flag for her except now we come to know for this house Shirley's name was not on it as as leasing the property they used Sheridans credit/name perhaps to secure it? What's really odd also is how is all of this going down. Like at the end of all of our work day we can't wait to get home and relax, have dinner with our families.
