Imagine this caliber of treatment to the OST along with an Octopath Traveler style makeover to Chrono Trigger.

Dunno if Chrono Trigger needs that visual overhaul though. If you’re going to do sprite work, all that blur and bloom really takes away from the look.

@@stairmasternem I agree, Octopath Traveler should have had sliders to adjust all that blur and bloom.

Can we commission Blake to do both the art and ost for a Chrono Trigger remake? The Chrono Trigger Symphony is already gorgeous, and with these beautiful 3d renders, it would be magical.

Boy that nostalgia can get right into the tiniest of cracks and then expand. The game had that experience the first time through for me as well 🤔 Love the visual. Would love a remake like this.

This game defined my childhood in all honesty. Ive bought every iteration, and even have the old 3 disc soundtrack. Such an amazing title, and I honestly dont know what I woulda done without it as a kid. Thanks for this little flashback, well done.

The visuals showcased here are the ONLY way I would ever tolerate a Chrono Trigger remake... in fact I would be very, very excited for something with that aesthetic. Where'd you get this from?

I'd love to see Chrono Trigger remade in this way (though probably more tasteful with the bokeh blur - I went a bit over the top for the video). It's a shame Square don't tolerate fan remakes.
