A single guy in his garage can decide he wants to flip the high speed camera market on its head. This is entrepreneurship.
@taofledermaus6 жыл бұрын
Fantastic! That year went by fast. Hope to see even more growth!
@HydraulicPressChannel6 жыл бұрын
Concratz for a great year! We had also great year for our channels and big part of our succees is thanks to Chronos cameras. It has been really nice to take part on this project.

"Teardown of an MRI machine" That's music to my ears. I don't think there's much of this anywhere on the net. Or if it is, I wasn't able to find it. So thumbs up from me on this idea. Awesome
@JigilJigil3 жыл бұрын
I am eager to see that too, so I am not alone it seems that there is not any teardown video of MRI machines on the net, and i did search almost all major video sharing platforms out there, camed up empty-handed, hope to see him find one and tear it down.
@johnmerryman18256 жыл бұрын
Awesome, congrats on the startup success! Fingers crossed for the MRI teardown, that would be absolutely epic!

Very proud and happy to support and promote your work! ;) Really looking forward to seeing what you work on for the future with updates and... a Chronos 2.0? :D

Thanks! There's definitely something in the pipeline for Chronos 2.0!

Hi, are you considering tethered pc interface?
@ElectraFlarefire6 жыл бұрын
You lot are having too much fun over there and I hope it continues! Nerf is fun to play with in high speed too. It's slow enough that you can take some great shots at the higher res too. Oh, I completely forgot.. If your AU power-cords are the same as the ones you shipped, they are non-compliant due to lack of insulation on the active/neutral pins.

Just noticed the 1 Year memory on facebook. Can't believe it has been a year already. I am very happy things are going good. Can't wait to see what you do next.

Great to see you guys are growing! One thing I recommend is making a 5S shadow board, or foam cutouts to organize your tools. When I do a lot of standardized work knowing where your tools are and where they go really reduces my stress level.
@petesmith136 жыл бұрын
Wow I'd forgotten I'd subscribed to you, kinda surprised youtube bothered to put this subbox, thanks for the update
@xenonram6 жыл бұрын
Pete Smith videos from ALL channels you are subbed to will show in your sub box. You just may not get active notifications for the new videos, and they may not show up on your Google home page. But in your "subscriptions" tab, ALL videos will show.

I like eevblog and when the chronos arrived I hoped for "don't turn it on, take it apart"... but nope, Mr. Jones took a few videos with it and now it is probably collecting dust. But then the Hydraulic Press Channel received one and they put it in good use (especially on their beyond the press channel)! Now they have even three of these cameras, the black'n white and the color chronos and of course the the ultra-compact model. :)
@WarmPudgy6 жыл бұрын
i might be the only one that feels this way, but I'm a bit ticked off that demolition ranch has never released a slomo video using the chronos
@tesla5006 жыл бұрын
Me too! He used it once, in poor lighting, out of focus, and never saw anything after that video.

Michael Sharp he posted a couple of clips in a vid about a ww2 video game. I dont remember hearing a thank you or david's name in there. I certainly wasnt impressed. David shows god-tier class by mentioning DR in his thank you list.

"god-tier class" is an understatement.

Frankly, as much as I love Matt, he has a hot wife, three kids and three KZfaq channels. He's mach too busy and if the truth be told, he's not really a "smart" channel, it's more like a soap opera.
@compu856 жыл бұрын
I used to work at a school where we had tons of those epson short throw projectors. When I left last year they were all dropping like flies with some kind of board problem. I always wondered if the crappy aftermarket lamps they insisted on using were causing extra load on the lamp drivers, burning them out. I'd love to see a video about that machine. You'll be amazed at the number of fans inside it!
@ChipGuy6 жыл бұрын
Well done! I hope your company will grow further and experience steady reliable business. All the best!

I suggest you build a soft wall to delimitate the hard work (mill, wood, shipping, outside roll up door) from the assembly area. If you buy polyethylene unsealed bags on a roll, and slice them down the middle then seam join multiple such pieces with UV resistant tape (just because it's built to be tougher in time) you can span the height of the whole shop with it for cheap.

Hi guys. Are you guys still trying to push your boundaries, or are you focused 100% on shipping your promised orders right now? Should we be expecting a Chronos 2 anytime soon?
@tesla5006 жыл бұрын
All Kickstarter orders shipped about 10 months ago, we've been focused very heavily on software updates since then. Thinking about new products but nothing concrete yet.
