Why so many thumbs down, I posted to see if anyone else had this issue not to help...hell look at the title

I had the same issue pull these fuses and check them ( F-77 & F - 80 ) if they are blown replace them if they are good wait for a minute or two then put them back in and it should work that worked for me , good luck

My bluetooth is turning off 6 seconds into conversation. Then when I re-install it doesn't work but 6 seconds. Is there a way in fixing this? The radio plays just fine.

Just started to have this issue. Screen stays frozen. Check the fuse, restarted the car, took off the negative wire from the battery, still no fix. Help anyone?

I'm having issues with my 2016 Chrysler 200 sometimes when I turn the car on the radio does not come on. I also have 911 button in my rear view mirror it randomly calls 911 but I don't have service in my car so on my 8 inch screen it says to call the dealer I've only had the car 8 months I took it to the dealer for an oil change and he looked at it and said the whole thing needs replaced it should be covered by my warranty 5 days later I find out its not he's fighting the company to cover it bc my a.c. and many other things are covered and when the screen is off I have no control over them. Its been 7 days now and still heard nothing I've read maybe pulling the fuse but I think mine is too far gone and I'm going to have to come up with almost 4 grand. Good thing I have a good job I guess it won't take me a year to come up with.

I had this issue. To resolve it I turned the car off. I removed the 15 amp fuse (located near the breather under the hood) started the car to ensure I had the correct fuse out, then I re-installed the fuse. It was like a hard reboot. That seemed to have resolved that for now.

Having exactly the same problem in my 2015 Chrysler 200. Radio comes on and stays on maybe a minute or two before restarting itself. Does this over and over again while I'm driving.

So I went to my dealership and they told me it has to be updated !!!!!! I hope this answered everyone’s question

Here’s my issues: 1. My car would open even with the emergency key, open the door by force 2. Car wouldn’t turn on 3. Car turned on, but A.C and Radio no longer worked 4. Car wouldn’t turn off at all 5. Car wont move, tried putting it in Drive and reverse but wont move 6. We changed the battery but nothing, still the same issues 7. Car wont turn off unless you physically disconnect it from the battery 8. Car wont turn on 9. Car is completely locked

Mines is doing same now I never had this problem I just got my car back from the body shop and now when I cranked it won't go past the uconnect screen

My 2015 200 is doing the same thing, reboots about 4 times per song and is super aggravating so now it still has this problem plus a broken touch screen.. which is required to switch the heat to the vents.. so I went a whole winter with only heat blowing on the windshield (defrost) and no music and a broken/unusable screen.. ordering an entire new unit now.
