This Location opened as a Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza on June 16, 1992. It Housed a 2 stage up until Summer of 2006, Then being replaced by a 16m Studio C Beta, which was in use for 16 years, Until being removed in March of 2022.
The show has been removed and this store is now 2.0.

Holy cow, its insane seeing that location on a video, I grew up going to that location! If i'm not mistaken, they had a play area there, which would explain why the area in the back looks so empty. There are totally newer games, but I remember using that game with chuck e hang gliding! Super sad I didn't visit again just before the remodel though. That bot never seemed realistic to me, that model has super limited movement. Still loving that background though.

I went to so many birthday parties as a kid in the late 90s/early 2000s at this location. I remember the play area “tubes” were on the left side when you first walk in and beyond that was another room with the big stage and animatronics. Haven’t been there in 20+ years so seeing this gave me a huge hit of nostalgia.

I think we all know newington's next for real when chuck e cheese got in the COVID 19 and started loosing there stores i feel like new york just was sitting there while connecticut was getting murdered showbiz connecticut told waterbury CEC that newington might get 2.0 in summer or something i have never ben to orange i have only ben to waterbury and newington i hope orange keeps its animatronic and does the circles of light when they do the remodel.

its funny chuck e cheeses used to be like no other kids place..... now they are theres really nothing magical about a family trip to chuck e cheeses before the robots are gone and now everything just feels bland

@@Wayfinder_Triko It's very hard to cope, especially someone like me who grew up with a full stage and felt major comfort from the characters. You can't just simply 'move on' and accept the change like that. I'm still grieving over the loss of my local stage from years ago. So yeah, it's a hard process for a lot of people, just think about that before telling people to just deal with it.

@@LegoWormNoah101 Chill out, its just someone’s opinion. Don’t judge someone just by one opinion. I mean, I like 2.0 and the animatronics too but when I see a bot be removed for 2.0, it makes me sad too (except for regular Studio C Betas since they’re common stages in locations for now)
