I love the video but I wish you would have added how to cook each cut of meat 🥩 like the roast obviously would be low & slow as well as stew meat. Denver?? Or the boneless ribs or even the sierra steak or Vegas

denver steak are much higher value than chuck eyes, but no one knows what they are and most butchers don't know how to cut them. chuck rolls are by far my favorite primal
