Sadly, as Ted Cruz mentioned, articles of impeachment can only be brought against members of the Executive Branch. Thus there are only 2 ways to dispose of the fecal matter with lungs, aka Schmuckie Schumer, either vote him out of office or bring a veto-proof majority to the senate. Yeah, Chuckie could/will go crying to the state run media and its narrative engineers, but that’s all he could do.

@@BigKandRtv the protocol is when something is passed by house it is presented to the senate. House creates budget and senate approves or makes bipartisan suggestions and votes. Then to president. Schumer does not write a budget and give to house to approve at 1 am in the morning to be passed by house, senate and executive branches in less than 12 hours. 1000 pages.typical Democrat trick.

The House can try a member of the Senate and impeach with a simple majority vote. It then goes to the Senate who must have a 2/3rds majority vote. Impeach Schumer.
