We used to patch a lot of pinhole leaks in a 30 y/o hose with a piece of rubber and a clamp, supervisor got his monthly bonus for saving money.

Take the flow restrictor out of the shower head .....makes a huge difference.......ton of flow .....best shower in town

What is it with all the shower faucets outside. Is that because these people live near the beach and it’s a place to rinse off before they go in.

yes....just the opposite....not sand in house...rinse outside you groms

He's close to the jersey shore. So a lot of outdoor showers so you can rinse the sand, salt, sun block, tanning lotion, etc.. outside!!

Did you consider redoing everything using PEX pipe? If you did, you would not have to worry about freezing

Still can freeze. Still can burst. Also pex isn't uv safe. So maybe good for the inside. Not so good for the outside. The sun will kill it.

why not leave the union, and put the valve on the vertical. union is good to have when changing it out hwt. just curious how much you charge for that job or per hr?
