A good confident women that's a wife is the mirror to her husband. visa versa: so when your married it's not just fulfilling whatever your desires are, but you've made a commitment to take the role of a friend, a confidant, an advisor and that's the beginning of the list. Why I say mirror is because they reflect your god given beauty and without judgement, a mirror shows you your flaws, your blemishes and whatever needs improvement. That's incredible hard to implement, but it's a lot tougher to stand Infront of one. So if you commit to the role sincerely, you'll see your flaws and change them until your only reflect beauty. Or die trying.

28:35 it’s not a “spiritual” thing, it’s clinical depression. A lot of people who experience it can’t pinpoint exactly where the sadness is coming from but it’s constantly there. We need to move away from chalking it to spirituality because it stops people from receiving proper help.
