When Chucky is around, accidents WILL happen. The killer doll takes another victim as he pushes Bree (Lexa Doig) out of the window to her death.
From Chucky Season 1 Episode 6 "Cape Queer": Jake and his friends set a risky trap for Chucky that could have serious consequences if it backfires.
Chucky (2021): After a vintage Chucky doll turns up at a suburban yard sale, an idyllic American town is thrown into chaos as a series of horrifying murders begins to expose the town's hypocrisies and secrets. Notice how the cart fell to pieces after crashing on the car, but in the next shot when the camera is moving up, it appears to be way more intact with only a few pieces broken off. Probably gained some sort of demonic sentience due to being involved in such a brutal act and began piecing itself back together, Christine style.
