1 Inmate Of Central Jail Reported To Be Passed Away On Aug 21 Where The Person Is Identified As Gopal Sonar, 37 Yr Old, Resident Of Industrial Estate Colony, Dmp. As Per The Source, Sonar Sent To Central Jail On Aug 6, 2022 Over Minor Molestation Case. Victim Reported To Have Breathing Problem And Was Brought To Dist Hospital Dmp Around 3:00 Am. However, Sonar Was Declared As Brought Death By Dist Hospital. He Is Survived By Wife And 4 Children.

This should not be the end pf this case. The media should continue to ask who filed the allegations on the deceased. How can a person be in jail for 1 year without proof of his crime. This is a serious case of injustice to the deceased. Yea if the deceased was at fault then there must be proof presented.

The people who filed a Complain and the Police who arrested him and Advocate handaling the Case should be investigated till the rooth cause and make sure if there is any wrong doing all should be held responsible and should be given a befeating punishement and new steps should be taken to prevant such incidets. Please interview the advocate about the status of the case, nature of the case, like why bail has been delayed for so long. Usually bail is granted within 6 months..😮 advice them to go for victim compensation..

I dont know whether the deceased was right or wrong but RIP. But this is the reality of our world if you are rich and powerful and have strong influence then the court is for you but if you are poor then the court will be a hell for you. You will never receive timely justice if you are poor. You will be drag from pillar to post untill all your sweat and blood drains from your body and more often than not you will also not receive justice. The world is a tough place for poor people.
