I guess she is saying that based on how it is "underperforming" on Melon Charts But also, everyone knows that Melon Charts are rigged (e.g. MAGO from GFRIEND) was a really, REALLY big hit, but it didn't chart well in Melon, whereas it was charting very high in KZfaq Music and go viral on Spotify. Guess it's the same with Bicycle.
