Well, the actual case was short. Only thing I got from this case is that the plaintiff and defendant goes to the same church. The defendant plays the drums. They don’t know what the church does outside of attending. He wanted Air Force Ones to wear to church. That’s all 🤷🏽‍♀️

Judge Mathis has a valid point. Myself a church musician for many years,musicians today go to church for a paycheck,with no idea what the preacher preached or services. But it’s not this drummer’s fault, it’s the church’s fault because apparently there’s no conviction in the message to bring musicians to accountability! I can remember a time when the holy spirit was so thick, musicians would stop playing and began praising and worshiping God! Now, it’s just a gig.

In California it's $30 (less than $1,500) and $50 (more than $1,500 and less than $5,000)

Judge made a valid point a lot of ppl just show up to church; even participate but can’t speak to what the church does for the community. Besides giving them somewhere to go a few days out the week.
