My late husband had cancer too and I took care of him for 3.5 years and never left his side except when I had to take my kids to Dr's appts etc. Your wife is lucky to have you. I just don't understand how some people can abandon their spouse at a time when they needed their support the most.

Very inspirational story. The only thing that saddens me about this story is that when he was sick, he prayed for God's miracle. However, when he was healed, he gave credit to the Shamanism belief and "hu nplig" instead of thanking God and becoming a Christian.
