CIBV Cataphract IIIA Tactical Vest overview

11 ай бұрынThis is a short overview of the CIBV Cataphract tactical vest. The carrier is made by Templars Gear and the included soft armor panels are made by SPT Protection Sweden.
The CIBV tactical vest is made of IRR-treated 500D Cordura laminate and has a lasercut design. Pockets for 25x30cm / 10x12" hard armor front and back. The version sold by us is delivered with swedish made high quality soft armor panels front, back, on the sides and in the ballistic collar.

What it doesn’t show is the armor plate retention system within the carrier’s front and back plate pockets- simplistic, in that you simply insert the plate normally and the retention straps instantly places tension on top of the plate, while closing the bottom of the plate pocket locks your plate in place- no shift/no slip.. repeat same for other plate. Genius!

Do you own this vest? I would be happy to know one thing about it - can you fit small side plates in the cummerbunds?

Awesome carrier, just needs Velcro ID panels on the rear.

Love the fit and this is BODY ARMOR NOT A PLATE CARRIER. It has total coverage and paired with FRAS(aka Dragon Skin), you got some impressive protection against small arms.
