The heal is large because cici skill 1 is based on enemy max hp... And training bot have large max hp.

@@freedysonkro7180she has oracle that counters dominance or halberd or durance. The effect of dominance or halberd or durance won't stack. They reduce the regen to 50% while oracle give back 50%. So, it's still quite good.

Cici has a passive which it has spell vamp based of her stacks that can reach upto 32% The recommended items for Cici: War Axe Hunter Strike Malefic Roar Bruteforce Breastplate Immortality Spare Items: Oracle Athena's Shield or Radiant Armor (in-case if she encountered Magic damage heroes.) Boots: Warrior Boots, Tough Boots, or Magic Shoes Battle Spell: Sprint Emblems: First - Agility Second - Festival Of Blood Third/Strong Talent: Impure Rage or Brave Smite (Recommended for the new Cici user.)

War Axe is literally enough, from my perspective, what she need is more movement and situational def item, that's why brute force and war axe is the best option, it's even recommended. Cici have poke damage without her ult, but she is certainly a dps, or maybe hit&run type, but if you just build her a spell vamp build, it would be easier for enemy to counter you (not to mention that her skill cannot be unstoppable like balmon skill 2), so yeah, basically, the more speed you have, more hardly for enemy to landed skill on you More tips : Bloodlust Axe more suited for hero with AOE skill (and more better to hero with a burst damage), honestly it pretty waste if you use it to cici who have a single target skill and poke damage correctly if I am wrong

You are almost correct. Bloodlust on cici is situational. Her ultimate gives her double damage for first skill since attack twice, hence more healing. Is enemy has few cc, it can be use for sustaining. If enemy has burst bloodlust is not the correct choice.

Yes. War axe is the only item needed for Cici. You're going to spam skill1 which has low damage 30% of physical damage and depends on max hp of enemy. So you have to build durability items for her.

Since her 1st skill does hp based damage and it doesnt benefit much from physical attack is better to only build her War Axe as her only attack item, then the rest defense like Bruteforce chestplate, oracle, dominance ice, etc. And the spell would be Vengeance

This hero is so broken that even with untiheal and she builds half tank build it still hard to kill. I will wait happily for the nerfs in the next patch :)
