I am a Cuban American living in NY your video came to me via a cousin who lives in Russia. In 2017 his father was at the Cienfuegos Market Place shopping and he is shown walking up to your camera. His friend in Miami saw your video and recognized my uncle. Your video has now been shared with Russia, NY, Miami and Cienfuegos! Thank you for a great memory. My uncle passed away in 2021

I know every spot in the vidio the fruit and vegetables market in the vidio if you go upstairs in that building there is meat market and the rapedo on the bulivard there is Canadian s and Americans to talk to every morning around ten am .looking forward to see more your videos

Cuba was never colonized by the French. It was colonized by Spain. Cienfuegos had french immigrants that's why some streets have french name.
