Thank you so much ma, very happy that you found the explanation easy. You can use cotton fabric that is slightly thicker for office/casual - this will give give a nice fall. Apart from plain materials, you can also experiment with striped cotton - normally one would need 2.5 metres of fabric to stitch Cigarette pants. For tops, buttoned shirt will be a good option. This also goes well with short Kurtis. Happy sewing ma and do let me know if you have any doubts ma!

Hello mam! as I am unable to understand the language, will you please make this clear for me that how much is the ease and seam allowance added on waist n hip line. How much will go in stitching and how much is the ease? and also can we take the thigh round on the crotch line? is the crotch line same called as thigh line? and what ease must be added to the same?

Thanks for asking ma. The calculations use only the 'Hip circumference' to calculate waist line, crotch depth and crotch line. The formula includes seam allowance and so you don't have to add them. I have now added English subtitles so you can follow ma.The pattern maker tool that I shared earlier will do the calculations for you. Happy sewing and let me know if this is clear ma!

For this pant you can use the natural curve from the crotch line as shown in the video ma. If you want specific bottom width you can use (Ankle circumference/2) + 4 inches
