A. Boneless chicken : 250 gm
B. Water : 1 cup. Now boil the chicken in kadai for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove the chicken and keep the stock aside. After few minutes, cut the chicken into small pieces by using two fork. Take a kadai and add:
B. Refined oil : 3 tbsp
C. Onion paste : 1 big size. Fry it for 3 to 4 minutes. Now add:
D. Garlic paste : 2 tsp
E. Ginger paste : 1.5 tsp
F. Green chilli paste : 1 tsp
G. Tomato paste : 2 small size. Now cook them with low flame for 4 minutes. Now add:
H. Kashmiri red chilli powder : 2 tsp
I. Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp
J. Roasted coriander powder : 2 tsp
K. Salt : According to taste
L. Garam Masala powder : 1/2 tsp
Now add shredded chicken in masala, now mix them well, with low to medium flame, add the chicken stock and mix thoroughly. In mixer keep 10 to 12 cashews, 1 tsp charmagaz, 2 tbsp curd, make a smooth paste. Add the mixer in the kadai with chicken. Add few fresh cream, mix it well. Add some roasted kasuri methi and butter, mix them well. At last add hard boiled egg, cutting into small pieces. Enjoy.

I've many time's heard about this particular dish...While I was in India.. But never had the opportunity to taste it.. I think Round 🍆 Aubergine are well suited to prepare this dish.. Yes of course if the Brinjal are roasted in indirect heat in a conventional coal Tandoori Chulah with aluminium foil wrapped around the Aubergine 🍆 then it will taste better than flame 🔥 of Gas operated cooking range.. But anyway.. I'm always using my intricate method while preparing any dishes.. My wife is same.. When she prepare her Puerto Rican food 🍲.. Then while residing in North Germany.. I've learned a lot in their Gastronomie.. If one have the knack to ponder into the depth and intricacies of any aesthetic matter.. There's no end to it.. Be it playing 3 musical instrument's 🎶, International Cooking, Gardening and growing fruits and vegetables, creating scenery in massive Aquariums, breeding exotic bird's, Hunting and also motor mechanics.. Which are few of my pastime favourites.. A idle mind sitting Infront if Television 📺.. Which I've stopped since 1997 and nowadays this bad habit of scrolling around on social site's like inquisitive primate on smartphone 📱trying to encroach in other's privacy to compare with one own materialistic nonsense doesn't help to develop decent taste in existence.. Uske pas kyah hai aur hamare pas kya hai mentality I mean.. 🤣 Tekkah lagano in Bangla language. 😂 from the most sophisticated Smartphone 📱in the market to what one is Driving 🚘.. Samhaj gaye ab.. 🤣

অসাধারণ আপনার দেওয়া বিভিন্ন রেসিপি। ইউটিউবে এই প্রথম কোনো হিন্দু বাঙালির এতো ভালো ভালো রেসিপির সম্ভার নিয়ে হাজির হওয়া আপনিই প্রথম দিদি। আরেকটা রেসিপি সবার জন্য দেওয়ার অনুরোধ করছি বিভিন্ন সবজি দিয়ে লটে শুটকির চরচরি। এটা আমার ভীষণ প্রিয় একটা আইটেম, অবশ্যই এটা শীতের আইটেম। দেখি আপনার সাথে আমার কোথায় কোথায় মিল আছে এই রেসিপিতে। আমি একজন পূর্ব বঙ্গের বাঙাল, আমার পরিচিতো কিছু এইদেশিওদের রান্না করে আমি খাইয়েছি কেউই ধরতে পারেনি ওটা শুটকির তরকারি।
